FLOORWORK AND IMPROVISATION
The workshop is divided in two parts; the first one is about the Floorwork Technique. We start preparing the body to dance on and off the floor, dealing with different movement combinations, from the simplest to some more acrobatic ones.
In the second part, each participant will have the opportunity to develop a personal dance through instant improvisation. The research focuses on different tools (speed, rhythm, levels, etc.) and challenging ourselves to always be interesting, always different for as long as possible.
At the end of the process, the goal is to enrich our personal dance with the technical steps previously studied.
