Michelle Scappa

Michelle Scappa has experienced rhythmic gymnastics at a very young age before devoting himself to dance, investigating corporeality also through research on physical theater and improvisation later on. Eventually, he also tries his hand at choreography.
His professional training began at D.A.F., then Opus Ballet and finally at N.S.C.D (UK) where he obtained an MA in Contemporary Dance Performance.
Since 2019, he has performed in various productions, including:
-“OtellO e HellO” by Kinkaleri
-“Paradiso” by nanou group
-“Shoes On” by Luna Cenere
-“Inlet” by Saeed Hani (Germany/Syria)
-“Something not right” by L-square (China)
He’s now based in Bologna, but is also strongly connected to the region of Tuscany, where he lives (Pisa) and graduated in Psychological Sciences and Techniques at the University of Florence.
